I'm on hold with a transport company, trying to track down a wayward order, and the hold music was interrupted by ringing, but no one answered and the hold music came back. I feel like I am being tricked, somehow.
My friend worked for a company where the phone system was programmed to ring the whole group after the caller had been on hold for a certain amount of time. When people didn't want to answer calls they would pick it up, then put the caller on hold and hope someone else would pick it up.

I think all of this Doing I'm doing would be fine if I could actually sleep for all of the time I have allotted to sleeping! And yet, I keep waking up one to three hours too early. (If more than one hour, I can generally more or less go back to sleep, but still.)
In short: Am tired, and my tiring stuff doesn't even start until Saturday!
