I remember when I first met Amych, and she asked how I pronounced my handle. Calli is actually an abbreviation of Calligrafiti, the pseud I chose when I wrote my first fanfic. I realized when Amych asked that I thought of myself as the full Calligrafiti (pronounced calli gra FEE tee) and had never considered how someone would pronounce the shortened version. So we got to laugh over me not knowing how to pronounce my own name. For the record, it’s CAL lee.

Good morning.
Horrible thing I learned today:
There are (at least) three sequels to The Cutting Edge.
If I have to know this, so do you.
Carry on with the rest of your day the best you can.
I'm torn, because I don't know what The Cutting Edge is. Do I look it up? Probably not.
Pretty sure people pronounce JenP as Jen-pee, not jenp in one syllable, because that's hard.
Today, I'll be writing some letters and cards.

The Cutting Edge is a surprisingly appealing rom-com involving Olympic ice skating with a hockey player. It's a fine movie; not great, not life changing, but fine.
It didn't need A sequel, let alone multiple. The sequels are the horror, not what spawned them.
Waiting for JZ to magically appear...
Oh, wait, is that where "toe pick!" comes from? I feel like that's a thing.
Yes.
Yes, exactly
Aw, toe pick!
