OMG one of my salespeople has his standardized .sig set up so that it says "Error - filename not specified!" in large friendly letters instead of...our corporate name, I think? I'm finding this hilarious. I may be a little punchy.

Yeah they said I can reopen and dispute but I don’t know wtf “supporting documentation” I could even show them. To prove I didn’t approve it. Wtf. I was annoyed but figured usually the bank makes it right.

Argh, meara! That's so awful! Bank of America is pretty evil, but that is more fucked up than I expected of them to just close the claim end of story. I hope you have some kind of recourse - start calling actual people if you can, branch manager or any kind of personal services provider you may have dealt with for any reason
