For a moment I got all excited because I thought The Amazing Race was on tonight, but then I remembered it's so very definitely the first Tuesday in November. It would have been very diverting to watch the racers, especially because it's a two episode night this week. But I suppose it's all election coverage. So to Netflix or whatever, I go.

I was going to run through a car wash on my way home from grocery shopping tonight. At the last light before the turn in I noticed a small, clear spider racing across my windshield (outside) and decided to spare it and skip the wash in the hopes of banking some small amount of karma.

Not great, and that tightens my stomach, but North Carolina is a better bellweather, and Texas and Georgia look to be seriously in play.

I am so fucking jittery today. AAAAAAAAA. I bought a bottle of Bogle Old Vine Zin just so I have something tasty to drink, and a can of Underwood Rose Bubbles - just in case. I felt like a full bottle of bubbles might be pushing it.
