I'm still so chuffed that I repaired a zipper yesterday -- on a pair of pants that I've 'put aside' for perhaps ten or more years, meaning to take them to a tailor for expensive replacement. Instead I happened across a YouTube video that showed me what to do, and in the time when the video was still talking I got the damn zipper back on track and working as it should. It's like having a new pair of pants!

I've had acid burn the back of my mouth because of acid reflux. I used to have it really bad until I had to go on a almost no acid diet for a few years. It has come back a little but I try to remember what I ate that triggered it and avoid those things
