Don't you just love this party? Everything's so fancy, and there's some kind of hot cheese over there.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Good one, mac!

Because books.

amyparker, it's so good to see you here. I'm sorry about Jim's brother. How is Jim doing?

-t, that is really sad. I'm sorry.

Good boy, mac! The growing up is really beginning!

You people already have roombas, right? That thing is hilarious and I love it. I love the nice packaging, I love the no-setup, I love that it vacuums without me. It's a little loud to do while I'm here, but that is a SMALL PRICE TO PAY.

Our wings are not tired.

I love watching the vacuuming happening without any me effort.

I'm sorry, -t. That is rough.

You've got friends to have good times with. When you need to share the trauma of a badly-written book with someone, that's when you go to family.

Hey, roomie. (hugs you) Jim's hanging in there. Because of family tsuris and a 22-year age difference, he and Rick weren't as close as either of them would have liked. Grieving but not broken, let's say.

It looks as if there is some talk of going ahead with a funeral mass, which has both of us making "Ummmmmm" noises in private and hoping that the news about POTUS will move people to polite recognition when we say "Sorry, high-risk category in a state where our numbers are going up, we won't be able to attend in person".

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I have a non-roomba robot vacuum on my wishlist. Maybe in a couple of paychecks it can happen. My plan would be to run it downstairs while we sleep and then upstairs when I leave the house.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I hope people can understand that amyparker.

I do not have a roomba, Jesse! I'm glad to hear yours is living up to expectations.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Out for a drive with Jason this morning and it was all we talked about

Us, too, up to and including the following:

"And apparently Hope Hicks is Trump's side piece, which I didn't know."
"Wait, WHAT? And WHY?"
"Right? Who in the hell would fuck that disgusting man???"

Is it the most middle-aged, middle-class version of "treat yourself!" ever? Possibly!

Right? A lot of people have more money and he's not going to have any power for long. There must be a charisma I can't see.
