Happy birthday, Trudy!
msbelle, that's ... a thing. Wow. I'd be screaming at the email for for a long while.
My boss gave us the heads-up that the annual review portal will open next week. My reply was "Should I include "did not kill any co-workers with my brain"?"
My boss, who understands me and has a sense of humor like my Dad's said, "Is that good or bad? Did you try to kill them and fail? Or is this something that falls under 'good teamwork and communication'?"
PS: I am bringing back dag.
You're the bee's knees, Jesse.
Streets ahead, Tep

Bahahahhahahaha!!! I forgot about that!
You're the bee's knees, Jesse.
Word up!
OMG, msbelle. I am so sorry.
And thanks, everyone. I'm not sure what the policy is in the U.S., but here it's that you're getting quarantined only if you were exposed to someone who was tested positive and spent more than 15 minutes with them and you were less than two meters than one another. So since my roommate hasn't tested positive (or yet), I am not in quarantine (so I get to be her personal servant and run the household. It's OK, she's stuck in her room for the next 12 days, it's the least I can do).
(It doesn't help the doubt demons that I feel more tired than usual, but you know, it's far more reasonable to assume that it's because I'm back to thesis/work at extra full time this week and cleaned and cooked and shopped today).
Edited to add: OMG, Gud. Thank you for that twitter thread!
Jesse, also "daggone it" ... a useful phrase.
AAAAAAAAaaaaannnnnndddd I got this email (Yes, SHE IS MAD)
Please complete what I sent to you and send to (office asst of her boss) as requested in the email.
she is referring to the original email.
So I just slapped together a breakdown of her time by day based of the combined time she "guesstimated" on a form 2 weeks ago. I do not have access to her calendar to see when she had meetings related to this. I do not know if she took any vacation or sick days.
It is due in 20 min. and she still has to sign it.
FFFFFFFFFFFFFS
The fuck?
That is ridiculous, msbelle
