Why why why do I still have to do an annual review? It's not like anyone is getting a raise.
Yeah, ours were delayed but we still had to have something on the record. So my manager just put something along the lines of "super awesome" on everyone's review, told us to sign it, and we were done.
Yesterday I got an OOO bounceback from V referring me to Y in her absence through Monday. Today I got a bounceback from Y referring me to V through 9/21. Hope I won't desperately need either of them for a couple of days, I guess.
ugh - Big Boss sent me and co-worker an email with form attached - attached email says - reminder that we need this filled out with daily activities from March 2020 ASAP!

Hahahaha! That is too funny. Insane enough any year, but his year even more hysterical.
I was already having to break out my COVID related hours by day, but I already have those in mostly 2 week clumps on sheets we have already submitted, but this is asking for all activities and time off and I CAN do it, but the word "REMINDER" in the email that was forwarded to us makes me think big boss knew this ALL ALONG and failed to share. AND I HATE THAT. B/C she should own it and be the one to tell all the staff, not us.
So, I had to ask for anyone to get this information, but my employer is NOT participating in the payroll tax deferral.
Yeah, I still don't know what we're doing. Although apparently my last paycheck was on 8/31 not 9/1 so the fact that it wasn't on that one means less than I thought it did. I'll find out next week, I guess.
The guy I helped with his address change yesterday just called me to say he got his frying pan so hooray for that! I had actually checked the tracking number earlier this morning and it confirmed the address change but said it would be delivered tomorrow, so that was a nice surprise. This is the sort of thing that would look good on my annual review but there is no way I will ever remember it when the time comes for that...happy customers have to be their own reward sometimes
