Our wings are not tired.

Runner's World picked up the story of the local girl here who stayed in a tree all night fleeing from the bear. [link] More detail than I knew before.

Y'all. It's a Labor Day miracle! After running around like crazy for hours after my friend's big German shepherd (who got fed up with it and went inside eventually!) the puppy stayed in his crate for 8 hours last night!!! Still means he got up at 715am but whatever!

Ann, that's a ferret.

My condolences, Trudy and family.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Mr. S has been a pain today, and we're all stressed out.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I'm afraid our west-coasters are melting.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I am having a lazy day. watch yesterday's CBS Sunday Morning, have a load of laundry in, vacuumed up the most egregious dust bunnies (but didn't get the carpet yet), and am trying to get a media player to open so I can listen to an e-audiobook from the library.

After 3-4 I'll mow the lawn.
