Handful of grated cheese and some olives from a jar that's been living on the refrigerator door = charcuterie plate.
In all fairness, my therapist told me I can't consider that a meal. I told her that Aldi has pre-shredded gouda and gruyere and that's pretty damn fancy. She said it still wasn't a meal, but if I would melt the cheese on an English muffin I'd be getting closer to a meal.

Sounds like a meal to me. I've eaten a can of olives by itself as a meal recently and was perfectly satisfied.
Possibly my judgment in this area is suspect.
Now that I have assembled dinner and started it cooking it will apparently never finish. Cruel fate toys with me.

If you put cheese, nuts and fruit on a plate you are certified FANCY.
Whole Foods and Trader Joe's both have pre-made meals you can just heat up for lunch.
