Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Unfortunately GoodRx didn't lower the price for me at all. Their price was actually more expensive than what the manufacturer's coupon got me. I'm about to be out of this medication, and I'm a little scared of what will happen when I stop taking it. If I have to pay $200 a month I will, but I'm praying there's a viable alternative.

as it turns out, the doctor absolutely had NOT ruled that out as a cause, and Dad misunderstood her

That's good news. Fingers crossed it's just a side effect of Zoloft or something else easy to fix.

More good news, sj, glad ltc's test was negative.

Work is stressful, but not nearly as stressful as my last job, so I should count my blessings. I feel so fragile, I don't like it.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

And her strep test was negative to. Her appetite returned today. So, I guess she's going to school on Monday.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Toddson, can you get somebody in to track down the source of the skeeters? A cup left in the sink with water in it? A puddle on a windowsill? Sneaky buggers. I'm sorry about the bites. We swear by the little Aftabite sticks--or the actual AfterBite ones, we do whatever's in reach. You can manage the same thing with some "fractionated" as my friend who messes with essential oils says, coconut oil, water, and household amonia. Mostly water, a little oil to bind the amonia, and a teeny bit of amonia. An eyedropper works, but sometimes you can find the skinny little roll-on bottles.

Glad for the health stuff working out, boo on the drug cost services not being helpful. General distancing and having to work to keep connections. At this point I would just like to go crawl under the bed where it's dark and quiet and stay there until 45 loses or the world blows up, whichever. but I'm told that's not healthy, so hello.

Zenkitty, sometime Walmart's pharmacy has the best prices on medications. My sister uses it for her dog's insulin and it was about half what a regular pharmacy would cost.

What is even happening?

Teppy, I'm glad your brother and the doctor made some progress on what's happening with your dad. I hope the geriatric psych can help. Don't take off that oxygen mask, girl.

I think about that line ALL THE TIME.

It's one of those lines that (depending on my mood) either ticks me off, or has me nodding in agreement.

Toddson, when I was little, my mother used to put toothpaste on my mosquito bites. I think it might have worked a little, but honestly, I mostly remember licking it off my arm. It was like a minty to-go snack.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Zenkitty, sometime Walmart's pharmacy has the best prices on medications.

Or Costco, I think, and you don't have to be a member to use the pharmacy.

I was just coming here to post the same thing. Just terrible.
