PIE FOR BREAKFAST.
I have an annoying ST. Bernard snorfling all over me. Went to the climbing gym and discovered that everyone with family in town decided to go climbing too. And then I tried to go to the movies but it was sold out. So I came home and had a lovely turkey-berry sandwich. NOM.
And I'm sorry, Zen. I hope that her family and you can find some peace.
I'm sorry, Zen.
It's been lovely reading about all of your holiday festivities. Thanksgiving was my first day off in a couple of weeks, as usual, so I enjoyed a quiet day on my own. I was fighting a migraine so I slept a lot, but I rallied enough to make a sweet potato-carrot-red lentil soup and some sauteed kale. I'll have soup for days.
I'm sorry, Zen.
I'm super-thankful for all of you. Buffistas have been my people from the first moment I landed here, and I'm so grateful for the love and support. I hope that I've given you half as much as you've given me.
I'm so sorry, Zen.
Also, what Maria said. I'm so grateful for all of you.
Thanks, all.
And, what Maria said.
I just had a fairly depressing conversation with my sister. From the outside, my family looks like we've got it all together. But man, are we dysfunctional.
{{Buffistas}} I am unpacking decorations and lights and stuff and drenched with sweat. Like dripping all over. It's 84 out, but very breezy. I'm in the house with AC. Going to start setting up outside where maybe the wind will help. I have a bunch of stuff that was my Mom's, so lots of warm memories and smiles unpacking it.
