When I worked in costumes with student wardrobe workers, I had an actual lesson to teach them how to find things for actors, rather than coming to me to find it! And I lose everything! But somehow I was the only person who could find a belt when it dropped on the floor.
Sometimes it's not just organizational skills, it's the patience to work within a system and not blow up at customer service, or give up on phone trees or hold times, or wonky websites.
I'm far from the most organized, but I can keep zen in case of bureaucracy.

With the costume loss thing, it is mostly panic Keeping people from being rational. . So my lesson is that if you can't find it right away is to get a substitute to take down the panic, and then look methodically. And 95% of the time the item is actually right there On the floor , put behind someone else's name, or in the dryer.
I was looking at cabins on VRBO today. Not sure a vacation anywhere except by car.
I just finally found the spare batteries for my water bottle in a place I had checked at least 3 times before today so I'm guessing even if one of y'all were able to tell me where to look it wouldn't have helped
ETA In case I ask in 3-4 months, they are in the little basket by the front door with the other spare batteries. WHERE THEY SHOULD BE

Does this have to do with electrolytes? Do you just like a little shock against your lips when you sip?
I think the water bottle has wheels and drives around following -t wherever she goes so that she stays hydrated.

I must echo this sentiment. Maybe it transmits via Bluetooth how much you drink?
It's got a sensor to track how much water I've drunk and a light that flashes to remind to take a drink if I haven't in a while. And bluetooth to tell my phone. And throws a little light show party when I make my goal for the day. It's freaking ridiculous but it really has upped my hydration game. I'm kind of dependent on it at this point. [link]
ETA no wheels but it will track it's own location so if I leave it somewhere I have half a chance of finding it again
