Brilliant. Here I've seen vuvuzelas.

I get to spend tomorrow getting quotes and budgeting the gear for a show to tour a number of city parks. Interesting times, indeed.
My car has started making a noise in the rear passenger side that kind of a rhythmic grinding when I'm turning left. I'm planning to drive to MO on Monday and I'm wondering if it's safe to do so. It would be easier to get it looked at there.
A bad power steering pump will generally be a whine and will happen by cranking the wheel either direction. A bad CV joint generally sounds like a popping sound (but maybe a rhythmic grinding would fit) but will happen in only one direction. So my guess is a bad CV joint which you can generally drive on a bit. However, highway travel with a potential steering or suspension problem probably isn't a great idea. Oh wait, you said rear. I don't have a guess then, the CV joint or power steering would be front.
How did I adult today? I downloaded IMDBtv and did not immediately start watching Spenser for Hire, because I know that I would fall into the abyss and be struggling to keep my eyes open for "til the end of this episode" at 4AM. Instead, I came here. Marginally better.

I feared so.
I'm out of bed for over two hours now but still not awake. C'mon, brain. Me needs you functional today.
PSA: To get a CRLF in a FB comment, hold down Shift while hitting Enter. (Just hitting Enter posts the comment.)
My external keyboard has Return in the main typing section (above Shift on the righthand side) and Enter in the numeric keypad on the side. For all of my use cases they function identically.
I have had SUCH a pointless week. It's Thursday, apparently? When did that happen?
Is it? I guess it is. I don't think there has been a single day this week when I actually knew what day it was. I'm getting dangerously close to becoming unstuck in time.
Every week Monday-Tuesday last forever and then suddenly it's Friday, and what happened?
For those of you who like the intersection of Buffista sprog, Matilda is going over to Juliana's today to look after Peanut as mother's helper.
Time, man. In my one encounter each with those children they were both wee, shy things. Apparently I only visit the bay area when there is an under 2 Buffista sprog.
I don't think I've accomplished anything before 10am beyond feeding cats and making coffee until today. Today I have dropped my car off at a shop, gone to the post office, and stopped by a hardware store to buy safety goggles. Now I get to find out what theatrical equipment rental companies are operating and hope to hear that the car repair is reasonable.
