Guys, just heard a crazy and upsetting story (so feel free to skip,if you don't want to read something like that). We had a neighbor who lived catty-corner from our old house in North Hollywood. He was in his 40s and lived with his mom, who died while we lived there. He Had grown up in the house and made a living by selling stuff on eBay and seemed to be doing okay. Always friendly and smiling. Well, the police came a few days ago and took a bunch of computers and stuff from his house. He told a couple of neighbors that there was child porn on them, and then he went back in the house and committed suicide. Yikes. YIKES.
Could just be a hoax, though. I fake some headaches, everyone gets used to poor helpless Spike. Then one day, no warning, I snap a spine, bend a head back, drain 'em dry. Brilliant.

Oh man, Scrappy, that is upsetting.
Supposedly using another person's single-use bathroom is pretty safe, actually, as long as everyone washes their hands. But personally I have been appreciating how Covid is forcing all of us to limit entertaining to 2 hours in order to avoid the issue!
This will definitely be more than two hours, so we'll just hope for the effective handwashing!
I was like "um, it't not an app - it's a website - that is confusing - we should change it in our presentations" to my boss and team. Big boss said it is the term OIT is using!?!?!?!?
People call everything an app now, and it's so weird! I don't know.

They even call stuff "apps" that are just programs running on microcomputers! Very annoying.

That is the plan. It is a completely honor system thing so far as I know. We have gone grocery shopping, and I went to Lowe's. My nephew came over and fixed a couple of things that broke over winter, but we wore masks and stayed at a distance. My niece went to NC to visit her son and see her brand new grandchild, so now she has to take two weeks off work. Not sure if or how they actually enforce these things though.

So the thing I had committed to (helping local liquor store stock) was cancelled. His workers that were not coming in worked things out and are back and things are stocked. Next door neighbor is a friend of his. SO, no worries. I have no plans now and will just sleep in and so house stuff.
