In other news, I forgot to call the help line for my office chair before 5pm Eastern, BUT through some perseverance I did manage to get the back off the chair! The back is now slotted in correctly and the tension controls work! The only drawback is that I should have put on a piece of trim before getting the chairback in place, but it's entirely decorative and I am not disassembling the chair again.
flea, I think you did the right thing for yourself: life is too short to be miserable at work.
Take some time before jumping right back into anything.
On that note, my sister told her boss she's retiring in October. I'm SO JEALOUS.

I did get sone groceries I did not do any yard work. I am hoping that after mostly lazing around today I'll be able to get stuff done this weekend...meanwhile it's goldfish crackers and Diet Coke for dinner.
oh noes - more thunder tonight.
I'm going to put on some audio and see if we can just work through it without needing to relocated to the basement.
