Turns out that 1120 is the new 420 in MA! (We finally have legal MJ sales -- all of two shops open for business.)
I may be in need of some stress-relieving -- roommate is going in for her long-delayed heart valve replacement on the 30th, which has kept being put off for what strikes me as bogus reasons. The latest is a cath ultrasoundy-thingie, which was cancelled when she was about to go under because the resident discovered that one had been done back in August. Well, yeah, it should have said so right on her chart.
The original operation was supposed to have been done in July.
DH just got home with my groceries so I shall commence the cooking! I figure to do as much in advance as possible. Also, bless him, he bought TJs frozen mashed potatoes so I don't have to peel them. Woo!
I'm sure the stress level has to be super high for you and roommate. It isn't just the operation itself but so many other things that get off kilter when they change the date. Ugh.
A tale of two children, midterm grades edition: Child A: Three As (two of them are in Art and Gym), one B, and three Ds. Child B: Six As.
Sigh.
Aidan apologized because he got two Bs. The rest are As. Kara hid her report card and I haven't seen it yet. So.
If you don't know if it's romaine or can't confirm the source, don't eat it
Just to be safe, I'm on an all-pie diet until this is cleared up.
I had romaine lettuce for lunch!! Now to check and see if Trader Joe's romaine is on the list....
eta: If you don't hear from me assume the worst. Death by salad! And it was such a tasty Caesar Salad too!
Just to be safe, I'm on an all-pie diet until this is cleared up.
The only reasonable response, really.
Laura, we shall avenge you! Death to Caesar!
