Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

I don't know HOW this cat got so spoiled. Who did that

Does he know about the existence of plug-in heated cat beds? Because Murderbiscuit, who is in no way spoiled (he says, while demanding the special treats he only gets at bedtime), highly recommends them for winter.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Back when I was very young, we had a cat - Marshmallow - who was, as you might imagine, white. One parent was a long-hair and she had the Persian bone structure and long hair, but it didn't fluff - looked short but the individual hairs were long. One summer we went for our two weeks at the beach and had to board her, rather than having a neighbor come in to feed her. On our return, we went to pick her up. The woman who ran the place was holding the cat on her lap and using a baby spoon to feed her chopped chicken livers. Seemingly, she'd gone on a hunger strike and this was the only way the woman could get the cat to eat anything. Spoiled ... she turned her nose up at canned food unless it was mixed with chicken livers, cooked specifically for her.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

"Spoiled" or "finally being treated properly"?

I am not into being awake today.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Supreme Court just ruled that the Trump administration hasn't jumped through the right hoops to end DACA. Qualified yay?

I think SCOTUS is trying to give Trump a bigotry aneurysm this week.

And with TWO books coming out that aren't praising him, that may happen.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I think SCOTUS is trying to give Trump a bigotry aneurysm this week.

Thoughts and prayers.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

One of my high school classmates is being a troll on one of my Facebook posts today. I think I'll ignore him. I'm too tired for the bullshit.
