Aw, Theo, I'm sorry. Glad you caught it pretty quickly, hope the effects aren't too bad.
That is a good fucking question, Dana. I know "why do bad things happen to good people" has been wrestled with by deeper thinkers than me, but "why do bad things not happen to bad people" is also a conundrum.
I ordered lunch to be delivered and included a fountain diet coke (I was actually expecting a bottle or can, but whatever) and immediately knocked it over and spilled almost all of it when I went to retrieve it off my porch. Argh.
Given the fact that hydroxychloroquine causes heart problems, coupled with the amount of cholesterol the man shoves into his mouth, I'm amazed he hasn't had a massive coronary at this point.
-t I went in for my test on Saturday afternoon and got the results sometime the Wednesday after.
Also I ordered a chicken tenders combo for delivery and it was delivered with no fries! Ow, my diamond shoes!
Only the good die young.
Also, the Devil looks after his own.
Oh.my.dog.
So there's this thing, a database maybe? I don't even know, but a customer is asking us to update it with information that is apparently missing. I obviously can't do it, my salesperson doesn't have access. I kinda remember department A having something to do with it so I ping them asking whether they handle it, copying my salesperson. My salesperson hears from someone else that maybe department B knows something about it, emails them copying me. I search through my emails and find person C saying she doesn't do it anymore, but department D handles it now, so I email department D copying my salesperson. Department A loops in department E for some reason. Department B says the supervisor of Department A might know something about it, loops him in in that separate email chain. Department E loops on peron C.
Meanwhile, my note to the customer saying I'm not having any luck getting the thing updated, can I just email her some information comes back with an autoresponse that my contact is working remotely and shell answer as soon as she can
This is all just so stupid.
Timelies all!
Feeling cranky right now. I got home from work half an hour ago, and I'm already annoyed with Mr. S.
I am still super-cranky about the way they took about my GIS program without giving me the opportunity or guidance to download all my project-specific data. Which means I lost six years of project information, yay.
And I bitched about it and nobody has emailed me back and I think it's because my email might be broken? there was an all-hands email yesterday that I never got for some reason.
Bah.
Oh, dear, Consuela.
Well, it's been a day and a half but my work day is done and while it felt like I was getting nowhere pretty much all day I did actually accomplish some stuff. W-E-E-K-E-N-D
I am so ready for the weekend.
