I had a conversation with a coworker yesterday where he was telling me about a restaurant that at first he called Rice and Noodles but then corrected himself to Rice Zoe Noodles, saying "why would you want both?" Which I took issue with.

We always watch A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, with the jellybeans and popcorn and toast, and I was just thinking yesterday that I should make popcorn for Thanksgiving! Maybe as an appetizer? I just love making/eating popcorn, basically.

I've been craving corn chips and salsa these last few days. As we won't be gathering for dinner until 6pm, I'm thinking that would make a nice, light, but self-indulgent lunch. It's not popcorn, but it's corn-based. So that's close, right?
