Am I supposed to be changing my clothes a lot? Is that the helpful thing to do?

Our wings are not tired.

Screw it let em tv. I'm going to drink tequila and do yoga simultaneously.

I endorse this plan.

I'm sorry, Amy. You deserve way better.

I adore all you motherfuckers so much -- PMM.

Somebody tell me to go out and walk for 30 minutes instead of just doom-scrolling Twitter all damn afternoon.

Thanks, -t. That's half of step-count for today in the books. It's gorgeous out there.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Someone at the protest Sunday tested positive.

I knew it was a possibility. My director wants everyone who went to go get tested before coming back to work. No mention of quarantine unless the test is positive. Ugh. This is gross.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I've been doing a fair amount of resentment walks, but at least I'm doing them! My steps for the second half of March and April were really sad, so I've been trying to inch that up.

Ugh Cash. BOO!

My parents got tested on Monday. 2 workers at the place they live have now tested positive. One worked only in the memory care area and so they never had any contact, but now the second one I guess is someone that may have had limited contact. No residents in any part of the facility have tested positive. The memory care people have been tested twice and they just started the testing for the rest of the facility.

I have not even charged my fitbit since I moved.

Good job, Karl!

I took off my fitbit to charge it last week but the cable was wonky so it didn't charge and now I don't know where I put it. It'll turn up. I should really make more of an effort to move regardless.

All swabbed - that was uncomfortable but not as bad as I feared. I haven't figured out how I get the results but they emailed me a confirmation of my appointment so presumably the results can come the same way
