That does sound exciting, Toddson! Hope it works out ok
I keep thinking that this is a good opportunity for me to get used to riding my bike every day and be able to ride to work when I am back in the office (it's only 2.5 miles, although there's no shoulder or bike lane much of the way) but my poor back is still languishing attentionless on the patio. God only knows how much work it needs at this point...in theory it should all be work I can do myself but, well, we'll see
Oooh, I wonder if there's somewhere around here where I could buy something muffaletta-ish? I bet there is
My boss just sent out a message reminding everyone of the importance of taking personal time off for rest and mental health even when working from home, and is hosting a late afternoon virtual happy hour (no shop talk allowed) next week. It's nice to feel that your employer is concerned with your well-being as well as your productivity.
There's a Fluevog sale today. Do I want to buy the boots I've been eyeing for a very long time even though I've barely been wearing shoes for months?
That is a tough call, shrift. But I think so?
One day you will go outside and need shoes again. Buy them on sale now. And give us a link.
That is true. And I have been waiting patiently for these to go on sale: [link]
You should definitely buy those.
Oooh, those are great!
I'm going to stick with my initial plan of split pea soup for lunch but maybe takeout muffaletta for dinner. I haven't done takeout in a while now. Maybe not at all this month?
Thank you for validating my extravagant purchase.
