When I had charge of a diabetic cat a couple of years ago, the best price for insulin we could find was at a Costco. I don't know the laws in other states, but in MA, you cannot operate a pharmacy without it being open to the general public, so you could get a dispensation from the security greeter and go in.

Since then, Walmart announced that they had lower-cost insulin, so it's worth checking out. For most things I'd avoid a Walmart visit, but when it's cheap insulin all the guilt is off.

I put my hummingbird feeder out on May Day, but only saw my first visitor just now. It has cheered me up immensely this morning.

I have a recruiter putting me up for a job at the Fed that's pretty up there and represent a big salary increase. Almost hate to ask to ask for job~ma right now when I've already got a perfectly good job that pays a good amount. I don't feel like I have a very good shot though, partly because it's hard to imagine getting a job that pays that much.

Lots of jobma to you Gud. My brother got his current position because he decided to apply for an open spot that was a couple levels above his after only being at his employer for a few months just to get his me out there. He didn't expect to get the job but he did.

I need to take a technical assessment by the end of this weekend on 'Cloud Computing'. I know how to do cloud stuff, but that's an awfully ambiguous name. Think I'll brush up on jargon and architecture best practices.
