I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Congratulations, Steph!

I'm glad the check will help you get back on track, -t. Tax stuff can be so weird.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I haven't started on the BA videos yet, but last week's Late Show with Stephen Colbert distance cooking segment with Jose Andres is hysterical. If you missed it I highly recommend searching it out.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

-t, that sound all kinds of stressful.

David, I do love the Gourmet Makes, and also the Chris Morocco tries to recreate something from taste alone ones. Dislike Molly, not a huge Brad fan, enjoying some of the "at home" compilations?

Did you dislike Molly with Carla going to Italy to learn how to make Mozza?

How do you feel about Delaney? Thought he was best with Rick on that Taco place in Manhattan.

Chris at home is both fun and cognitively dissonant as he reads as both a good dad and a gay man.

eta: Not that these are exclusive, of course. Just...I'm still having trouble seeing him married and producing kids.

Oh, Chris being a dad did not faze me, but when I found out he was married to a woman that blew my mind. I thought "Aw, gay dad, sure, wonder what his husband is like"

I like Alex ok, I haven't watched Carla and Molly go to Italy, I'll check it out.

Also if anyone didn't know, Samin Nosrat has a new short run podcast. She's my favorite and it was so nice to hear her laughing in my headphones....
