Joyce: Dawn, you be good. Xander: We will. Just gonna play with some matches, run with scissors, take candy from some guy, I don't know his name.

Because books.

Ben's coworker tested positive, so they sent everyone home with instructions to get tested. He'll hear back in a few days. They have been wearing masks at work, though, so I'm not too worried.

Everything makes me so unbelievably tired right now.

Herding cats for fun

I'm bereaved again. My heinous aunt died of her breast cancer the day before my sister had her lumpectomy. Now that's timing! I won't miss her because her company was so awful for me, but now I am related to two cases of breast cancer. I think maybe I've gotten enough stress by now and I just don't know what to do with myself.

Plus I am out of new books and don't have anything I want to read.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Katerina Bee, I'm so sorry. Be kind to yourself.

Plus I am out of new books and don't have anything I want to read.

This is what AO3 is for, as far as I'm concerned. Here's a link to my bookmarks: [link]

For long stories, you can download them and email them to your Kindle or other e-reader...

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

{{{Hugs}}} to all who need/want them.

I found a bandana in the back of one of my dresser drawers, and used it when I picked up lunch Sunday. I need to wash it out so it'll be dry by the weekend.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I had been resistant at first, but I've found e-books to be a blessing. I usually get them on sale, except for authors I really love, but they're largely less expensive than the paper versions ... and no problems with finding space for them.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

I save fic to Instapaper. It is so so easy -- and then there's an automatic queue of shiny things to read.

Thrive to spite them

Msbelle I don't see Grahas tweets often but sometimes I runs across retweets.

So it was just the battery in my car but batteries aren't cheap for my car but cheaper than taking it to a mechani.

I haven't been able to concentrate enough to read books so I've just been reading lots of fanfic.

The mall my store is apart of is going to reopen May 1 with reduced hours according to someone saw on FB but can't find verification. It's a Friday so that seems weird to open on, in terms of scheduling for stores. If my store opens immediately after I assume it will be that Sunday or Monday so I guess I'll hear something next week.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Glad the car was an easy fix, askye.

{{KB}} Even the bereavements that seem like they shouldn't matter that much can hit you in the face. Be gentle with yourself.

Breaking news: I just switched all my stuff from my winter purse to my spring purse. Only a month late! And found a bunch of quarters, unexpected bonus

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I don't even know where to put this, but they're rebooting Leverage, with all of the original cast members except Timothy Hutton returning.

Aldis Hodge will be recurring, cause he's pretty big now, but FUCKING HELL YES.
