My mother has been having some problems with her hip, and said to me the other day that after sweeping all the leaves and doing other active things, she actually felt better!
Most of the time when my back is achy, taking a walk makes it feel better. Which annoys me, because I'd rather have an excuse to lie down on a heating pad.
Lol, Laura, yes I have totally been contemplating options from "using a rolling office chair" to "adult diapers". Made it downstairs this morning, albeit later than normal. May call out sick after a meeting in a few minutes. My head hurts.
Also waiting for Gud to check in. Has anyone seen him posting anywhere else yesterday or today?

I really hope Gud checks in. It makes me panicky when someone expresses suicidal thoughts and then contact stops.

I have ALWAYS wanted to use a dumbwaiter as transportation! Just once. (I also really REALLY want to kick open a door. Just once. I'm so puny that it would have to be a hollow-core door. That maybe isn't latched all the way.)
