Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I already felt pretty convinced that this whole mortality business was bullshit, but now even more so. This is bullshit.

Absolutely.

I'm sorry to hear that, Scrappy.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm sorry, Scrappy.

Oh, boo, I just realized that my grocery order as delivered definitely didn't contain any matzo. I knew it was a longshot but I was hoping. Oh well, I have some matzo meal from last year or maybe the year before still...

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

it is, indeed, bullshit.

I'm sorry to see all my friends go through the trauma and hassle of declining parental health--especially all at the same time, and in the middle of an international health crisis. It's so hard at the best of times, when things are calm and you can visit them. This is just awful for everyone.

Which reminds me: I need to do my own paperwork!

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

It really does suck, JZ.

Scrappy, I'm sorry.

Can someone please get to sacrificing the virgin already? Trying to appease a Christian deity hasn't worked, so I'm ready to try the Greek and Roman ones.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Smash Anya's goddamn amulet already.

Last I was at the store, there was a ton of matzo, so I could mail some to you?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I don't know if I actually can, though--the whole thing is purely guesswork at this point, a thing that they think might work based on other things that have worked in the past for different conditions. I still want to do it, but there's no guarantee it'll help for this, and so far my doctor isn't responding to any query about it at all.

But you have antibodies and you believe in both science and helping others so the opportunity is there. Nothing is guaranteed but no one can work with antibodies until there are people who recover.

I already felt pretty convinced that this whole mortality business was bullshit, but now even more so.

It truly is. I'm sorry you are faced with it right now.

Be glad there is paperwork. That saved me when my Mom died in June. I mean, her Advanced Directive wasn't needed but her Living Will was a gift I can never thank her enough for leaving to me.

Ooh, that too. Whatever gets us out of Pylea.

That would be amazing, Jesse. I don't know if it's practical, but amazing.

I'm partial to the whole sacrifice the king concept, personally

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Twitter tells me that Stephen Miller has the virus, which I desperately hope is true. Because HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA.
