Thanks, Pix. How are you and ND doing?
My older son's girlfriend is a nurse at a Boston hospital. They just tested her for Covid-19. She doesn't have a fever, but has the sniffles and a tickle in her throat.
That son recently moved back in with us. He had his own place, but changed jobs and the new job is closer to home. He's working from home now anyhow, but hasn't seen his girl in weeks, to protect his brother and us.
GF is half-hoping she has a mild case, to get it over with.
Boston and vicinity is about to get bad, I fear. A worker in a little green-grocer/bakery/deli here in town has tested positive. Supposedly the person had no customer contact, but they've quarantined the people who worked closely with this person.
Where's that line though. Okay, maybe John only works out back, and only Jim and Rich move from back to front, but how many people do Jim and Rich work with out front? How much customer contact do they have.
We're not testing and quarantining the way we need to, to stop the spread.

Calli, I'm so sorry.
Oh JZ, I'm sorry you have the burden of being the one who knows things, in addition to the rest of it.
meara, healing~ma for your sister.
Dana, glad to hear DH's interview went well. I reserve judgment on yours at this point. So weird.
I'm sorry, JZ.
Healing~ma to your sister, meara.
oh man, so much uncertainty with everyone. virtual hugs to everyone.
I got dinner from the Brick Oven Pizza place and planned to buy some more beer, but THE LIQUOR STORE IS TEMP CLOSED!!!! oh noes y'all.
I went to two drug stores today looking for some refill hand soap. None to be had, bought just a new pump one instead.
Cousin felt peppy enough to vaguebook today. It was nice to see her pixels.
She put up a picture from last Easter and talked about simpler times. We all talked about how beautiful the picture was. I linked to this:

(Onion warning)
Tomorrow I am working registration table at a Blood Drive for 2 hours. YAY out of the house!
We get protective gear to do it, so I am not worried. They came to the county asking for volunteers and I figure, better me than someone that lives with others.
Oh JZ, Cindy, Calli... I'm so sorry.
I'm sorry for all the illness and sad news you guys. I'm thinking of you guys.
I was hoping to self isolate for 14 days and then go visit my dad for Easter and his 92nd birthday. But Oz's inhaler is going to run out in the next week, so I have to go to the pharmacy tomorrow. It throws a wrench in things.
I'm sorry for everyone. It's so awful.
Me, I'm safe at home with the puppy who does not understand why she's not allowed to sleep on the futon behind me when I'm working.
I had a relatively productive afternoon but now the internal file-sharing site I need to access just won't let me in and I am ready to give up for the day.
Trudy, I'm glad your cousin is feeling better.
So I survived my company's layoffs. I'm hoping this is the only round. I have plenty of work to do for current clients, but it's the stuff that's in the pipeline that could be an issue.
The restaurant is still open for takeout. I'm managing social media, graphic design, and content creation in the hopes that my sister doesn't have a nervous breakdown. My father drops off food a few times a week since we aren't going up to help anymore. MedicGuy and I aren't going to chance it. Every call he goes on now requires universal precautions. All of the station's remaining PPE is inadequate, so that's lovely.
