Medical dramas wouldn't drive me to imagine the worst, but I've been hypervigilant about sore throats and coughing the last couple of weeks. I really need to keep in mind that I have a long history of scratchy throats and minor congestion from allergies, and that I know people whose sinuses blew up in this same period thanks to pollen.
