Cash, I'm so sorry. May the treatments be effective and recovery be swift. And also, hi! Sorry for the circumstances, but nice to see you here.
Good luck to B on his trip, Laura. And speaking of Jamaica, does anyone ever hear anything from ita's family? I think of them frequently and wonder how they're doing.
Bad: Open plan office.
Well, you can't have everything.
Sending you and your family love, Cash.
Travel~ma for B, Laura. I'm glad he can be there for the funeral.
Thanks, -t. I know he wants to be with Sean's mother because she played a mother role to him in HS. It will be tough on her though because DH is a big ole crier and that will no doubt set her off, as well as his girlfriend and daughter that he is traveling with. I hope we can both visit her again next fall perhaps and have a less emotional time together. The GF and daughter live here so we can see them anytime.
Cashmere I'm so sorry, sending lots of strength and ~ma to you.
I went to Aldi and overpsent..but I saw someone who I wanted to ask what their groceries were for but didn't but then kinda stared a bit. The woman was picking up the flats of canned products and checking all the dates (I guess). She bought 36 cans of evaporated milk, 24 cans of pineapple chunks about as many of some kind of canned veggies and had boxes of pasta and raisin bran in her cart. Is she stocking up ? buying to donate ?
and we have a rabbit ( a pet one) hopping around our yard and I guess it has been for the past few days. We tried to catch it and resorted to baiting a live animal trap with cilantro. I posted on a local FB group asking if it belonged to any one and the responses I'm getting are mostly "That's a pet rabbit!" (yes I know) and a bunch of "it'll be dead soon!" One person actually linked me to a local bunny rescue so when we trap it they will come get it.
I missed one rehearsal while I was in CA and another because I came back with food poisoning. What do we think is the over/under on people (jokingly or not) asking me if I have coronavirus?
Baiting a trap with cilantro might be construed as cruelty to animals ... just sayin'

I was out 2 days (after zero travel) and was asked, so I'd lean toward 100%.

I was thinking the same thing.
Supposedly bunnies love cilantro and I was nibbling on most of the bait. Ripe bananas were the #1 treat but we have no bananas and I really really don't want to go back to the store
