Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Dear coworker: It is a really bad idea to tell me to smile while I'm walking down the hall carrying a hot beverage.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Oh, coworkers. Can they just not?

My boss is solving my can't-cook-black-eyed-peas-at-work problem by feeding us fried chicken (our revenue has exceeded plan for the month which we don't have a lot of control over but I guess we can get in the way of anyway free lunch I will take it) Yay!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yay!

We had an amazing bagel spread on Monday for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging week, which, OK!

Thrive to spite them

Yay bagels.

I got interesting news at work. as part of the restructuring going on I am being made the men's shoes specialist. I don't think there is a lot of options to this. I will be going back to commission but I will be the only full time person.

The men's specialis is moving to women's and she said she didn't feel like she was being offered the position as much as she was being told she was being reassigned.

Is that okay, askye? I seem to remember you moving out of shoes a while back because it was hard on you physically?

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I was so tired and getting confused about when to italicize a virus. I rarely deal with medical stuff. I hope I did it right.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

My therapist cancelled today's session because she's sick. That means I'm at home with Mr. S, who is currently playing with my iPAD.(Which means playing songs from my small collection while trying to play Bejewelled)

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Phone interview this morning went well, and they want me to come in for two in-person interviews.

Naturally, husband also has a prospective job flaring up. In Cleveland.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Sheryl, I was just thinking of you and Mr. S -- though he's still running the both of you ragged, it sounds like he's doing better with daycare and all? Dare I hope there's some solid improvement, or is it still on a day-by-day basis?

Now that the weather seems to be on a good trend, I'm going to try to get back to walking to work as a regular thing.
