Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Watching msbelle's FB report from the road, and remembering ita's posts from the road on her westward migration. Trying to remember if the board was live then, or if she was posting to WX. Pre-FB, in any case.

I'm glad we have video check-ins now.

Yay Tim being discharged! May he continue to improve and recover quickly and well.

Yay, Tim!

Well I tripped and fell on my way home from a dinner party tonight, which conveniently, was just a few blocks from the emergency room. I got stitches on my upper lip, and now I'm finally home.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Ack! I'm glad it wasn't more serious, but ack.

My mind is honestly blown that msbelle is gonna be a neighbor. And I helped buy the house.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Yow Tom! Hope you're feeling all right.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Ack! Tom! Take it easy!

The news that Tim is resting comfortably at home is great.

(Would you believe that I've only ever been hospitalized once in my life? I guess the streak is bound to end sooner than later given my age, but honestly, in this day and age it's kind of freaky.)

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ow, Tom!

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I am so glad Tim is home and on the mend.

I am so excited for msbelle's move!

Tom, that sounds terrible.

I have never been hospitalized, nor has my mother or my uncle and they are 75 and 60. Well, I guess my mom was in the hospital when she had me.

I am sick with a cold/sinus thing, and it has been a week, but I am on the mend, so I still don't want to go to the doctor to be told there is nothing to be done. But my face hurts.
