Librarian Warlord

I might have to be real real and let me kid know that this other kid is a giant brat.

Daughter has been a fun goofball in all my interactions with her, so she's not the one I'm going to avoid.

Teppy, good luck getting to Tuesday. And thru Tuesday.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

It's always the parents.

The one time I went to camp with a friend I was very disapproving of how much she was homesick and crying whilst I was thrilled to be gone for two weeks. I think we were 11?

I am about to go to a doctor appointment. So of course the thing that was hurting so much I almost couldn't sleep last night, is now feeling basically fine.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Classroom birthday party tomorrow and then possible school organized play date on Sunday, if we're not snowed in.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Ever agree to do something for someone and then immediately regret it, but also find something that would be better for them, but now you're afraid to suggest it because it'll look like you're trying to get out of doing the thing you promised?

Our wings are not tired.

"I'm so excited; I found a better option for you!"

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Unfortunately, Gary's got another business trip, starting tomorrow. I have no idea what to do with Mr. S tomorrow, seeing as we're supposed to get snow/raIn all day. Sunday he will have lunch and a play date with my MIL while I go grocery shopping. Monday I've set up a playdate with him and the daughter of friends.(Said daughter had a birthday party last weekend, and Mr. S seemed to enjoy playing with her)

Gary gets home late on Tuesday. Sigh....

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Sounds like it would be worth it to pay for some indoor running around space, Sheryl.

I wanted popcorn last night, but had a dentist appointment this morning, so I'm eating it now. With everything bagel topping. Take THAT, gums!

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Sheryl- maybe a McDonalds playspace? Do they still have them? When Sylvia and Aidan were little it was great!

Yay water heater!

Yay purse!

Yay mural!

Yay Msbelle packing!

We had a retreat today at work and my old boss did a special presentation to thank me for all my work with her. It made me feel so seen and appreciated and I cried big tears. She is leaving our center as director and moving to direct the Doctor of Nursing Practice program, which I think is a stepping stone to Dean for her. The new interim director is her mentee, and we are sharing some responsibility in that I will be taking on day to day management and customer service while the interim director takes on educational oversite.
