Oh, also, I have a question: when you say NaNoWriMo out loud, how do you pronounce the I? Like in "write," which would make sense?
The friends of mine who've participated and had in-person gatherings pronounce the I like in "write." YMMV.

Update: Ryan got full marks for his presentation, which is nice. Apparently he wasn't the only person scheduled for Tuesday who hadn't done their palm cards, but the others all piked out.
