It should be there now, Jilli.
I went to the wrong theater despite knowing which theater we were going to, realized it
after
I'd found a parking spot and gotten into the theater, cursed myself, broke speed limits going to the right theater, and got in my seat while the last preview played. That's enough adventure for today. My foot hurts and I'm going to take a nap.
Ken's just arrived at the terminal, and says there are roughly nine billion cars in the lot waiting to pick people up - he's walking up.
I am in the big and tall section in my own world today
There was no real food provided just snacks. I have eaten and I am still hungry. Luckily I will have leftovers.
I have consumed vast quantities of food and drink and am somehow still conscious. All of the peoples have left and DH and his brother have gone to see if they can get a door buster priced tv. Ha! So I am all alone in a quiet house. Ahhhh.
Best part of the day was jumping in the pool with my 5 and 6 year old nephews after being in the kitchen for 4-5 hours.
Definitely ate way too much, as is right and proper. We did an experiment of taking the train to my uncle's and it all worked out great! We were maybe 10 minutes late getting in, but eh. And my nice cousin picked us up and dropped us off, so we didn't have to take a cab/Lyft. So much more relaxing than driving, even for me who doesn't have to do the driving!
Oh JESUS CHRIST IN A ROWBOAT FOOTBALL.
JESUS CHRIST IN A ROWBOAT FOOTBALL.
Now that's a sport variant I'd pay to see.
My leftovers were yummy. I am tired. My stomach feels horrible, I think I ate too much and not enough sleep.
I had cranberry salad for breakfast with no regrets. So many leftovers. Hope to make sense of it all today.
I was having an anxiety dream about taking an exam I hadn't studied for when I was awakened by my normal weekday alarm. I gradually realized:
- I didn't have to take an exam
- I wasn't still in school
- I didn't have to go to work today
- I didn't even have to get up
- I could just roll over and go back to sleep.
