Yowch! That's too much.
and I will work on the cap on the bus, as I am a smoker, and smoke is bad for the chemo cap.
You're so thoughtful!
You can ask the butcher to leave the fat on, btw. He can trim steaks to order.
I'm a big fan of a cleaner once a month.
It's easier to tidy and the dirty never gets that bad.
I may have found an actual butcher in walking distance!
If I were in NYC or another big city, I probably wouldn't hesitate about the cleaner. But, our Dean cleans her own house!
We have a cleaner every two weeks. It truly has been money we never regret spending. It is so worth it.
We have a cleaner once a month, and it's worth every penny.
We also have a cleaner come in every fortnight. It is well worth it not to have to worry about it ourselves.

That's some strong stock there, but I suspect you knew that already.
Yes, my major spoiling of myself is having the house 'reboot' every Tuesday. Christina (aka ctrl-alt-del) does the floors, which is my least favorite chore ever and with 3 pets that are inside outside a big chore. She also changes the linens and makes the kitchen and baths clean and shiny. She is our hero. Now that my son and DIL live with us they put up half the cost because they agree heartily that it is money well spent.

She is TOUGH.
I used to have cleaners come every Tuesday, and I miss it. I can never get the house as clean, all at once, as they did.
I need to work on some clutter and then we're going to find room in the budget for a cleaner ever two weeks.
My charger stopped working and then the board stopped working. I was away for too long!
I read an honest to Pete book! And restained some of my woodwork. No I want to restaun all of it. The rest of my books and DVDs to give away are boxed, ready for Aidan to move. I think I can do a better sanding job for some of the restraining, so I might redo.
