I'm back from the doctor, avoided talking about my weight but the nurse said I lost three lbs which isn't bad because I haven't been able to work out because of my ankle. I have to have an MRI on the ankle and see a podiatrist. I have a prescription for anxiety meds for the MRI because I do not do well with them.
Grrr, sorry people are being inconsiderate and anger inducing.
I'm in pretty good humor today. Got the 'junk counter' area completely cleaned and organized. All the change in a change bucket, a zillion charging cables tied up individually in a bucket, batteries in a bucket, keys in a bucket. Basically now there are 6 containers for the stuff that gathers on that counter where the device charging happens. Place for everything and everything in its place victory!

I know she has a lot on her mind -- the heart operation, which was originally scheduled for July, has finally been rescheduled -- as a much more elaborate and risky operation -- for November 30th.
I should know it will just end in pain.

I am doing so many other things rather than think about reality. Unfortunately, "work" does not seem to be one of those things. I mean, I tried, and then my coworker irritated me, so I stopped. Totally healthy decision.

Yes! I am probably going to take delivery Thursday. They have had it there for a few days, but I told them they could wait until I had my ducks in a row. DH is at the DMV doing the title stuff signing over my Lincoln to the kid buying it now since they got his license and insurance stuff settled. I'll be transferring the tag from that vehicle to the Tesla.
This morning I had the notion that taking delivery the day after Halloween might be good since DH hasn't made space in the garage for me yet and I don't want it in the driveway when shenanigans may happen. I'm also thinking of requesting delivery rather than my picking it up because that way my son gets to deliver it to me! I'll ask him first if they are crazed because I would only do it if fun for him, not to add more on a busy day.
