I add my endorsement for using ginger to help alleviate nausea. I like Gin Gins brand candies, myself.
Check the coffee/tea aisle of your local grocery stores for ginger tea, most of the commercial tea companies offer it.

I told my therapist person that what I was 100% most anxious about was the big orange sticker on my door and the fact that they haven't reinspected. I can't settle and I am unhungry.
She reassured me that the inspections guys don't really care, that if my landlord thinks it will pass, it will probably pass, and if it doesn't I cleaned up everything and it will be something on him
She also said I should take the big orange sticker, fold it up into an origami crane and stick it back on the door. That way I haven't removed it. But she really thought the inspectors would not fail me if I took it down!
So I am feeling much better again. She still thinks there is nothing really wrong with me except that I got overwhelmed, I am anxiety prone, and a hypochondriac, so I think everything is wrong with me!! She said if I was a true hoarder, I would have had much more trouble cleaning up. But I am seeing her again in a month to check it.
I read fernet as format? I thought he was editing something that turned the whole page pink or something like that!
I dig your therapist, Sophia!
I was out on the town last night, but the dinner I had wasn't agreeing with me, so I ordered a Fernet, and it calmed my stomach right down.
Yay, Fernet!
Well, dang. Magical healing properties of Fernet!
I read fermet as fermat and, in my sleep-muddled state, tried to figure out of Tom's post number was a Fibonacci series.
Time for coffee. And maybe a piece of ginger gum (which is mostly sugar and not that ginger tasting so I'm not going to recommend it for anti-nausea purposes, but does taste nice)
amyth, hope your treatment gets easier soon.
As for places to travel, the Azore Islands are truly out of the way and quite beautiful.
Depending on your strength and your inclinations, you might want to look at a cruise. Plenty of chance to be as active or inactive as you want, and a chance to sightsee (or not sightsee) at several ports along the way. (I saw the Azores on a transatlantic cruise, to tie the two together. And there's nothing like going through the Straits of Gibraltar at night!)
If you're interested in seeing more of Europe, Amsterdam is a truly inviting city. A lively red light district if you like that sort of thing, and the rest of the city is very accessible and quite calm if red light districts don't appeal to you.
amyth, I hope you don't mind that I am totally reading these recommendations as "Oh, the Places You'll Go" amyth edition

My brother and SiL went to the Azores for their honeymoon and had an amazing time.
