askye, like Dana, wearing supportive shoes around the house really helped me. I have a pair of SAS sandals with good arch support that I wear pretty much all the time I'm in the house. No more going barefoot for me, alas.
Well, it's just good to know that when the chips are down and things look grim you'll feed off the girl who loves you to save your own ass!
