Something came up right around not long before I was supposed to go hone that 3 of us, the other 2 being above me in the corporate hierarchy, were collectively trying to get taken care of. I finished what I thought I was supposed to do, got myself packed up and ready to go home and thought I'd better pop by the others and let them know I was leaving in case the thing got kicked back to us or something. They were both already gone.
Argh. I checked my email like a fool and something did get kicked back to us. Dammit!
THE WORST.
Never check email after business hours!
I know! Well, it's done now.

I've been the coord for 3 teams for a 24/7 op since Monday. It ends at midnight. I've "only" staffed 2 shifts myself ( and JFC, I got the bad ones), but really means I've been monitoring if I'm awake near a computer. I'm tired.
IT'S OVER!
Congrats!
