Northern blood vs Southern blood. It is ~60F outside so I have on an undershirt, long sleeve shirt, jacket, long pants and socks. I drive to my sisters and pass a house where dude is lying out on a lawn chair in just his bathing shorts catching rays! I mean it is sunny and nice out, but COLD!

For me, it's relative to the preceding season -- in the spring, when it hits 60 degrees, it is time for shorts and playing sports outside and all manner of warm-weather shenanigans. In the fall, when it hits 60 degrees, it's time to fucking hibernate because the ice weasels are on the way.
