I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Blergh, shrift.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Theo - part of the problem is that only one of his friends left and he is only 30 miles away. 2 more are taking classes at the local cc and one is working full time and quickly shifting to work friends, but there are two others just like him, no job and no school.

The are the low motivation crew.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

there are two others just like him, no job and no school.

But at some point, won't they just end up sitting in a circle staring at each other, because no one has money to do anything?

The other parents as of yet have not cut off internet or money to their kids.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I refrained from responding to a question from the ME at another theatre with "let me google that for you". Then I rewarded myself with a cookie.

Thrive to spite them

Yay Mac seeing a therapist and having an interview .

Yay for your interview.

I am making arrangements to go to FL. Bro will be here Friday thru Monday. Well he comes down Fri, goes back Monday. Matthew and I are going to FL Friday.

Thursday a personal care place is coming to meet mom and we are going to make arrangements for someone to come in Tue, Wed and maybe Thursday.

After that I have no idea. Mom's doctor cleared her to drive. If she does she loses her in home PT and OT. She's agreed go wait another week and see how she does before driving. I did drive with her and it went better than I thought but she needs some more time.

I don't have a fracuted bone in my foot (had x rays Friday) but I have plantar fasciitis and hedl spur in my left foot.

At some point I would think Mac's friends wouldn't want him mooching off them.

I hope Sheryl and Mr S are ok.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

I ended up calling Gary, who told me that he accidentally locked the bottom lock when he left yesterday morning for our meeting at the school. We only have a spare key for the top lock, so the nanny and Mr. S spent the time after PEP out, and just lost track of time. It was my turn for dance practice, so I didn't get back here.

I only post from home.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Relieved to hear it, Sheryl.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I'm relieved it was all OK then, and that the nanny is sensible!
