He has HUGE block to ever admitting any wrong or apologizing. I know it is weighing on him by how he is acting - just know his body language and responses. I tried to connect the dots for him and told him I know he is embarrassed and it will be hard, but he needs to both see his grandmother and apologize. She knows he loves her and he needs to see that she loves him.
