I really like the Good Place, and it will be sad that this will be the last season, but it seems like a show that would be hard to keep going much longer.

Yeah, there have already been enough episodes for fifteen seasons of a British show.
GBBO: amateur bakers in competition who will volunteer to help each other in a crisis. The hosts go around and express apparently honest interest and concern and try to subtly help. It's very restful compared to American shows.
So I had my first one-on-ones with my first-years, and basically spent most of my energy telling them to have some fun! You don't have to only take classes that seem like they are leading toward what you think your major will be! Especially not if that major is economics!

Am watching Great British Bake Off (or Great British Baking Show, the American title) and v happy about it.
I'll barge in out of left field, since this gang has been here since the very beginning of this thing where I found out I was adopted.
With the help of DNA and a friend who is a genetic genealogist I have figured out who my birth mother is. FedEX delivered my letter to her earlier this week, and I have confirmation that it was signed for. Now I'm just waiting to see if I get a response.
So that's going on.
