Inspections are fun when someone is also seeing house in person for first time & exploring the hood and you start picturing them there AND OMG I CANNOT WAIT.
And, I need to go to bed. But today was boring &kinda sleepless & then awesome & I'M GETTING ALL YOUR MSBELLE.
I'm so excited for msbelle, and all of Baltimore!
Oh Matt, that is so not a good way to start your R&R. Hope today is very much better.
A team member just sent out mail asking each of us to pick a date to attend some pointless, onerous, waste-of-time, all-day training. But it turns out it's being the held the week I've scheduled a vacation! Win!!
Also, I'll be in SF from Sept 8 through Sept 12, if anyone wants to meet up.
Oh yeah, poor Sara. I was running on very little sleep and a lot of adrenaline and caffeine and I am already A LOT.
I was so talky, all the talk, even for me. And then I CRASHED.
The house is so good y'all. inspection went really well. I think we are asking for 5 things to get fixed. I have a call with the realtor later to sort that out and approve it going to the sellers.
Today is work remotely from Baltimore which is a good trial to show them it can be done and I can be productive from here.
Go msbelle!
Good one, Tom!
::makes note of SF dates::
I've done like a good amount of work: morning report, stack of papers, answered emails, reconciling report for 1 day (I need to a full week of these) - and I'm finding it harder and harder to concentrate, but there is nothing else for me to do really.
I can't do anything to move the house process forward.
And posting makes it happen. Realtor just called and we will have the repair request letter ready to go to sellers very soon.
