The current owner is the son of some homebuilders. They typically do new builds and my realtor seeks them out when she has a client that is looking for new construction. She had no idea they had done this house, but was so impressed with the work she asked and put the pieces together.
I plan on lots of pie making on those counters.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.
So we just had a shelter in place order because of a potentially armed person, who they got pretty quickly, but apparently it was a suspect from a murder in Philly?? WTF.
