I got a lovely package from my Secret Santa with an adorable mug (with a handle shaped like an 'A'!) and some gunpowder green tea. Thank you so much, Secret Santa!

Goodbye and Good Riddance 2016: We know the world didn't end, because, check it out!
Every year we watch the Charlie Brown special, do the Snoopy dance, wish everybody a Merry Thanksgivukkahmas, and thank our Secret Santas in the good riddance thread. Which is this one, in case you were wondering.
Go away, 2016.
Hey, glad you made it...hope we can micro-f2f again.
I got a lovely note from my Santa that they made a donation in my name to Open Table, an organization in Nashville that provides food and shelter to the homeless. Thank you for supporting them! It means a lot to me. I have a friend who volunteers with them, and I'm hoping one day soon I'll be able to do the same. And re: the second part of your message, I'm out of town but will be home on Wednesday, so I look forward to seeing what you sent! Thanks, Santa!
Got a package from Canada!!!! Thank you, Sue! We were headed out the door to go to my folks' for xmas so I didn't get to open it, though. Will open on Boxing Day!
Hooray! hope you enjoy it!
Lois, I got some sort of magazine discount email that says it's from you--is that true or is it spam? I hesitate to click on it.
I got stuff from Suzi! I managed to follow the "do not open till Christmas" directions by accident (well, host fiat) , but there's gryffindor sock yarn and chocolate honey and rose petal jelly and candy! So much yummy chocolate. We had the dark chocolate with ginger, cinnamon, and roasted pepitas, which was universally acclaimed! I am looking forward to the sea salt caramel bar. The crochet Colorado flag will be going up at home, and I think the sparkly ornament will be going in a window!
Thanks!
You are welcome. I'm glad you are enjoying the treats. There should have been a separate package with something for your hair.
Yes! the crescent moon hairpin! I wore it yesterday. The wrapper on my end put it in a box together with the yummies.
Ahhh, cool.
A Buffista elf sent me a whole box of vintage children's books that needed a good home. Lovely surprise. (Thanks, msbelle.)
