'Dirty Girls'

Boxed Set, Vol. VI: I am not a number, I am a free thread!

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I mis-posted about iZombie in procedurals, but it does kinda go there too. Anyway, I finished last season and damn Jason Dohring.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Yeah, I may be done with the Flash. The show has gone from horrible depressing grimdark to Hey Look At Our Wacky Shenanigans, which isn't any better.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I actually much preferred the shenanigans last night to pretty much all of last season.

I loved LoT last night too, especially the Titanic joke.

I just feel like they're trying WAY too hard to course-correct, and overcompensated in the direction of Woo Wacky Hijinks! Season 1 wasn't perfect, but I wish they could just get back to that tone.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

I have only caught up on the first episodes of the quartet, but thank god for Legends of Tomorrow. Who would have ever guessed, during that plodding first season?

I'm not sure I'm going to be able to stick with Arrow. Like, of course they fridged the mother. And what a shock, no one else died. Or even came close to it. Even though the island was basically a pile of char.

Thea's in a coma, though. Because apparently they don't know what to do with her but don't want to actually kill her off.

I'm still willing to stick with Arrow, but I really might be done with the Flash.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I like the hijinks and glad that we got more Cisco. But I am shallow that way.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I got way too excited when J'onn's father spoke and I heard Carl Lumbly's voice.

Cisco's hair is especially fabulous this season. I wish I could get that kind of shape.

And did Iris get elected CEO of Team Flash, or something? Is that her job now?
