Well, I'm watching now! I didn't know there was a season 3 yet.

Boxed Set, Vol. VI: I am not a number, I am a free thread!
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Well, I'm watching now! I didn't know there was a season 3 yet.
It snuck up on me as well. I had to do some catching up On Demand around week 3 or 4.
I had pretty much decided to drop all DCTV shows this season except iZombie. Might via Netflix pick up last seasons Legends.
And then as if to confirm my decision, at least for Arrow, Gugg says in an interview that they want to do a BLM episode. Such a bad idea. And wow does he have illusions of grandeur, or depth. Unrealistic/fantastical darkish fluff, that is your niche.
I followed Arrow and the Flash, and AoS, each from their premieres, and started Legends. I did the first seasons of Jessica Jones, Daredevil... Honestly, I'm just tired of superheroes on tv.
I know people use fantasy to escape, or at some level at least to help them cope with chaotic reality. But instead of escape or relief, for me the catastrophe-to-catastrophe, everything jacked to the max action is just overkill. Real life is exhausting, I have nothing left to invest in my entertainment. I'm going to go find a nice old copy of Heidi or something, and watch with the sound off.
And then as if to confirm my decision, at least for Arrow, Gugg says in an interview
Seriously? After how bad the gun control episode was? What a dumbass.
Though, that said, I'm planning to watch Arrow and the Flash this season. Well, at least *start* the Flash. Without Barry around it'll probably be delightful.
Still, I'm mostly excited for The Good Place (wrong thread, I know) and Riverdale. Also Brooklyn Nine-Nine, if we ever catch up to the current season.
I think I have time to binge The Good Place and Riverdale before the seasons start to see if they will become replacement shows for my TiVo needs.
I never finished Flash last season, stopped caring.
I still watch AoS though.

The Good Place season is SUPER short -- 13 episodes, I think, and it's a sitcom, so less than 30 minutes.
Riverdale is drama length (an hour with commercials), but I also think it was only 13 episodes since it started in January.
t edit And The Good Place, is so, so, SO good. Freaking brilliant and funny and sneaky and clever.
Riverdale just hits my sweet spot of pretty/trashy/bonkers entertainment. But also: Skeet Ulrich has aged SO DAMN WELL.
Twitter has not been kind to Gugg's interview. But I have zero faith that he will step it back.
I'm almost through with S1 of Drop Dead Diva, so maybe I'll start in of them tonight.
Do it! At least The Good Place. It is a forking DELIGHT.
