I started second season of The Magicians, but I'm having a reallly hard time getting past the first season ender. I don't know if I really care about any of these characters. I do like Penny. And I love Rick Worthy, but I'm not sure I like him enough to like, or be invested in, his character. I actively dislike most of the others. I haven't deleted it yet, so I may watch a few more S2 eps before I either invest or delete the rest.
Boxed Set, Vol. VI: I am not a number, I am a free thread!
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I'll wait until it's up on Netflix to give S2 a try. I did like the finale of S1.
In S2 of The Magicians we got a random musical interlude, and I decided it couldn't possibly get better than that and started watching other things.
I was intrigued in S1 but got way more invested in S2 of The Magicians. I can't stand Q, but I like lots of the others - Elliot and Margot, Julia, Penny & Kady. It got funnier and edgier in S2, I felt. I like it and hope it continues to improve.
Anybody watching Dark Matter? I have a silly, tiny nit to pick.

I watched the 2 seasons that were on Netflix. Is it on the broadcast air now?
Yes, last Friday's ep.
sorry, can't help then.
Between Orphan Black series finale and the Doctor Who season finale ( and wow, much as I love Peter Capaldi I CAN"T wait for the next Doctor - still wish it was Helen Mirren, but this will still be good I think), television broke me - in a good way. If we had to say goodbye to Bill, I don't mind the way it happened though I really wished we'd gotten to see her react to a woman Doctor.
Frank, exactly!
